We Review Your Application
Our team reviews your submission and reaches out within 48 hours to confirm details and schedule a site survey at a time that works for you.

We Come to You for a Site Survey
A Vend Smart Pros team member visits your location to assess the space, confirm electrical access, and understand your foot traffic firsthand.
The site survey typically takes 20–30 minutes. We look at layout, traffic flow, and your specific audience to determine which machine type will perform best at your location.
We Recommend the Right Machine
Based on the survey, we recommend the best machine for your space — whether that is a smart snack machine, beverage station, or full micro market — and tailor the product mix to your audience.
We handle the selection so you do not have to guess. Our recommendation is based on your actual foot traffic, available space, and what will genuinely serve the people in your building.
We Install It and Manage Everything
We deliver, install, stock, and maintain the machine at no cost to you. Once it is live, we handle all restocking, repairs, and product adjustments going forward.
Smart machines transmit real-time inventory data so we know when to restock before items run out. If something needs attention, we take care of it — you never have to make a call.

A refrigerated machine stocked with cold drinks — water, soda, energy drinks, juices, and sparkling beverages. Pairs well with a snack machine.
Micro Market
An open-concept retail setup with shelving, refrigerated cases, and a self-checkout kiosk. Carries 200+ products including fresh food, snacks, and beverages.
Is Your Location a Good Fit?

Foot traffic
At least 50 people passing through your space daily. Higher traffic supports more machine types and better product variety.
Dedicated space
A spot for the machine that is accessible to your employees, tenants, or guests — a break room, lobby, hallway, or common area.
Electrical access
A standard 110V outlet within reach of the machine location. Most spaces already have this covered.
Business type
Offices, apartment buildings, hotels, gyms, warehouses, medical facilities, schools, and retail locations all qualify.
